Omezit sladkosti nebo sladidla, ale i opatrn\u011b s ovocem, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 vysok\u00fd obsah cukr\u016f. 5. Je t\u0159eba dostate\u010dn\u011b sp\u00e1t a odpo\u010d\u00edvat. 6. Na pohyb se nesm\u00ed zapom\u00ednat, ale i ch\u016fze je v\u00fdborn\u00e1, tak\u017ee kde to jde, tak ji provozovat. 7. Pravideln\u011b se stravovat, aby si t\u011blo nemuselo d\u011blat z\u00e1soby na hor\u0161\u00ed \u010dasy. 8.
